Yesterday we went to Stephen Huneck’s Dog Party. It was a lot of fun. Watching at least a hundred dogs running around, swimming in the ponds and just enjoying the beautiful fall day. The foliage was just magnificent. The neat thing about Dog Mtn. is that the dogs are allowed in the gallery, the chapel which lines it’s walls with photos and writings about pets that people have lost. It truly was an experience. I didn’t read much in the chapel as the emotion of losing Tyson is still so fresh. I however, did post his photo. The sights of others getting emotional brought those feelings to the front really fast, so I had to do a quick hit and run…as I would have lost it if I lingered.
